Brigade Citrine RERA was approved on December 13, 2024. The project's RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/131224/007287. The Acknowledgment number is ACK/KA/RERA/1250/304/PR/091224/008747. The project launched in January 2025. It received all the necessary approvals from BDA, BBMP, BMRDC, HFIs, and various banks.

The Brigade Citrine possession date is set for July 2029, four years after the project's initiation. On this date, buyers can officially take ownership of their apartments. Brigade Group will hand over the keys and all legal documents to the buyers.

RERA approval means that the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has given a certificate to a real estate project.   5. Buyer's right to know - The buyer has the right to access all information regarding the project. It includes details about the layout, progress of execution, and completion status.
  6. Stopping false ads - The RERA Act make sure that developers cannot use wrong details when they advertise properties. All the information shared must be true and registered with RERA. This stops customers from falling for fake ads.
